Information you send

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, service choice and message. Location and timing are optional; a town or general area is enough. The form also sends a generated inquiry reference and an anti-spam field. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information.

This information is used to receive and respond to your inquiry. Sending a request does not make a purchase, book a service or sign you up for a mailing list.

Hosting and delivery

Netlify hosts this website, processes form submissions and filters spam using Akismet (Automattic). Inquiry notifications are delivered to Caleb’s Gmail inbox. These providers and their service providers process information to supply hosting, security, form handling and email services. Netlify may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time.

Cookies, tracking and external links

The website code does not set cookies or browser-storage identifiers and does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or embedded social-media players. Videos, photos and fonts load from this website. Hosting and security still involve processing network requests.

The site does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking, so its behavior does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. There is no optional tracking to enable or disable on this website.

Photography portfolio links take you to a separate Adobe Portfolio website. That destination’s data practices apply after you follow a link.

Retention and requests

Inquiries are currently stored in Netlify and in email. Caleb does not currently copy inquiries into a CRM or another storage service. There is currently no routine deletion schedule for inquiry emails; messages may remain in the inbox until removed. Netlify submission copies are separate from email copies.

To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you sent, use the contact form and choose “Privacy / accessibility.” Please identify the inquiry using the email address you originally used; do not send identification documents. Caleb will review your request and may need to verify it before acting.

Advertising and intended audience

Caleb does not sell inquiry information or share it for advertising. Services are marketed in the United States. This website is not directed to children, and Caleb does not knowingly collect inquiries from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, please use the privacy request option in the contact form.
